Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and cables
  • The item has not been damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Ink tanks/cartridges have not been opened beyond initial setup (EcoTank units must still have a substantial amount of ink remaining)
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Large-format printers (24" and wider) may be subject to a $75 restocking fee if returned for non-defective reasons.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@epsstore.com with your order number and reason for return, OR call 1-800-PRINT-USA.
  2. Our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and attach the label.
  4. Drop the package at any FedEx or UPS location. Keep the receipt!
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: 3–7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Store credit: Instant (we can issue store credit if you prefer a faster option)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your printer arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 72 hours of delivery:

  • We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you
  • We will arrange free pickup of the defective unit
  • No need to repackage — we'll handle everything

For defects discovered after 72 hours but within 30 days, standard return procedures apply with free return shipping.

Exchanges

Want a different model? We offer exchanges within 30 days. Simply initiate a return and place a new order, or call us and we can process the exchange in one step.

All orders of $99 or more ship free to the continental United States (48 contiguous states). Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.99.

Free shipping also applies to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — no hidden surcharges.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping

Currently, EPS Store ships to US addresses only (including territories and APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your building management
  2. Wait 24 hours — occasionally packages are marked delivered a day early
  3. Contact us if the package still hasn't arrived — we'll file a carrier claim and reship at no charge

What's Covered

Epson's standard limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 2 years from the date of original retail purchase. This includes:

  • Mechanical failures not caused by misuse or physical damage
  • Electronic component failures
  • Print head defects (see model-specific terms for EcoTank)
  • Software/firmware issues that prevent normal operation

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from unauthorized modification or repair
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality
  • Consumable parts such as ink, paper, or cleaning cartridges
  • Damage caused by using non-Epson ink or cartridges
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from operating outside permitted environmental conditions

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first: Call 1-800-PRINT-USA or email warranty@epsstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Troubleshooting: Our technician will attempt to resolve the issue remotely. Many issues can be fixed without shipping the printer.
  3. If repair/replacement is needed: We'll send prepaid shipping labels and arrange pickup of your unit.
  4. Epson service center: Your printer will be repaired or replaced by an authorized Epson service center, typically within 7–10 business days.
  5. Return: Your repaired or replacement printer ships back to you free of charge.

Extended Warranty Options

Need more coverage? EPS Store offers extended warranty plans through SquareTrade/Allstate Protection Plans:

  • 3-Year Total Protection: Covers accidental damage + drops + spills from day 1. From $29.99.
  • 5-Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty: Extends standard coverage to 5 years total. From $49.99.
